To obtain a residence permit, the Albanian law provides for the obligation to initially obtain a work permit. For Italian citizens the law provides for an exception, and it is only necessary to obtain a certificate from the Labor Office.<\/p>\n

To obtain the aforementioned exception from the obligation of a work permit, the following documents must be filed:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Written request of the foreigner with his personal data;<\/li>\n
  2. The employment contract (bilingual: Italian and Albanian);<\/li>\n
  3. Copy of the passport (authenticated by the notary), with all the sheets with the dates of entry and exit;<\/li>\n
  4. Authorization by the employer;<\/li>\n
  5. 5 photos;<\/li>\n
  6. Copy of the Diploma or other type of school certificate;<\/li>\n
  7. The last declaration of employees at the Labor Office;<\/li>\n
  8. Extract from the Company from the National Business Center (original);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    To obtain the Residence Permit, the following documents must be filed:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Copy of the passport (authenticated by the notary), with the dates of entry and exit;<\/li>\n
    2. The exemption of the work permit (above mentioned);<\/li>\n
    3. The employment contract (bilingual: Italian and Albanian \/ original or authenticated by the notary);<\/li>\n
    4. Lease contract in Albania, with a minimum duration of 1 year;<\/li>\n
    5. Certificate that the applicant has no criminal record. (criminal record with the appostile);<\/li>\n
    6. Certificate of social contributions in Albania;<\/li>\n
    7. 2 photos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
